Duke Energy Smart Saver Program

Green Horizon is pleased to be participating in the Duke Energy Smart $aver Program.

Smart $aver pays cash rebates of up to $200 to residential customers who install qualifying high efficiency heating and cooling equipment in  new or existing home..  Click here for more information.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Any North Carolina Duke Energy customer living in a single family home (condo, town home, manufactured home, duplex or mobile home). 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Step #1: Contact Green Horizon to upgrade or replace your exisitng HVAC system (heat pump and/or air conditioner) to one that is 14 SEER or greater.  Click here to contact us.

Step #2: Within 90 days of installation and with Green Horizon's help, complete and submit the Smart $aver Incentive Application and receive $200 for one or both of the systems which qualify! Click here to view the application.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE THROUGH GREEN HORIZON?

Heat Pumps must be 14 SEER or greater, include an ECM fan motor on the indoor furnace and have an HSPF of 8.2 or greater. Air Conditioners must be 14 SEER or greater and include an ECM fan moto on the indoor furnace.. Contact Green Horizon to find out more.
