WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Any North Carolina Progress Energy customer living in a single family home (condo, town home, manufactured home, duplex or mobile home).
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Step #1: Contact Green Horizon for a home assessment, and improve your air ducts, attic, heating and cooling or windows. u Click here to contact us.
Step #2: Within 90 days of installation and with Green Horizon's help, complete and submit the HEIP rebate form receive your rebate!
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE THROUGH GREEN HORIZON?
- Air duct testing – Up to $60
- Air duct sealing and repair - Up to $190
- Attic insulation upgrade and attic sealing – $500 (or 37.5 cents/sqft)
- Energy-efficient window installation – Up to $450
- Geothermal heat pump replacement – $300
- HVAC Audit – $100
- High-efficiency heat pump replacement – $350
- High-efficiency central AC replacement – $300
