"After being away a few days I found out that my AC had stopped, I called the company that installed it 3 years ago (name withheld), They couldn't help for a few days and the temperature had risen 2 degrees already. Amber of One hour AC & heating arrived within a few hours of calling. She tried a few things that did not work. She started going through the wiring that was a mess. More attempts to fix the problem were attempted. She phoned a co-worker, Nicholas but they had no luck. She left me with with a portable ac unit for the night after working 3 hours at least. The next morning Amber and Nick came back. Long story short that saved the day after several hours. I cannot begin to tell you her determination and professionalism that first night. The company should be honored that she works there and represents them the way she does, Nick was also an exemplary employee who has the same drive and professionalism. Both Amber and Nick should be commended on their representation of the company. Their knowledge and drive as a team was impressive. This company has my business and loyalty as long as they work there. The company that installed my AC is not in the same league as this organization. Thank you Amber and Nick again."

"I have been working with One Hour for 14 years now. When we needed to install a new unit I made sure to go back to One Hour. The entire team who came out was awesome! Very professional and took pride in their work. The new unit is running great! I do have to name Robbie by name because he has went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one. Robbie walked with us the entire way when we found out our power panel needed to be updated to code. I really had a great experience and I look forward to being with One Hour another 14 years. "My AC wasn’t working and Orlando came out to fix it. It needed a lot of work and had to order parts but he did something (maybe magic) to get it running till the parts came in. He came back today, installed all the new parts after he really cleaned up the inside of the handler. He was here a long time but when showed me what he did before he closed it up it looked brand new inside. Orlando is very polite and considerate, but so knowledgeable about what he’s doing. He explained a lot of things to me about my AC and I really appreciate his expertise and hard work. Even more important my cat Winkerbelle just loves him. Once again One Hour Air got the job done!"
